Bill is a Senior Construction Executive seasoned in Organization and Operational Development. He is a Servant Leader who strongly believes that a company’s people and culture are essential to success.  He leads with Integrity, Passion and Commitment in what he does to those he works alongside. 

 

With more than 30 years in the Electrical Construction Industry, Bill began his career as an apprentice in 1993 and earned his Journeyman Wireman’s card in 1998. He jumped into the operations side of a family electrical contracting company in Illinois, while concurrently starting a general contracting company.  Soon after, he took ownership of the electrical contracting company with a focus in the commercial and residential markets. 

 

Understanding the potential of scale, Bill merged his operations into a larger subsidiary of an Engineering News Record (ENR) Top 3 National Specialty Contractor and managed their electrical construction operations across a large metropolitan US city. He successfully transitioned into a National Operations role for an ENR top 10 National Electrical Contractor and eventually settled in Texas taking on the Senior Operations role for an ENR top 50 National Electrical Contractor / ENR top 30 Texas Specialty Contractor.
